Gregg's Landing Neighborhood, Vernon Hills, IL

Located on 813 acres in northeastern Vernon Hills, Gregg's Landing is a community of custom and semi-custom homes, townhomes and condominiums. It consists of 18 single family home neighborhoods and 2 condominium and townhomes neighborhoods. There are 1,305 individual properties that make up these neighborhoods with approximately 1,280 residences. Most of the homes were built around 1997 built on the famed Cuneo Estates. As the centerpiece of the community is a 240 acre, 18-hole golf course-White Deer Run Golf Club.

Gregg's Landing is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and transportation as well as open space, small ponds and wetlands. It offers well-maintained landscaping and coordinated neighborhood designs. It's also within the boundaries of highly rated elementary schools and high schools which is another attractive feature for residents living in Gregg's Landing. In addition, there are numerous parks in the community including Hawthorn Mellody Park, and Lake Charles Park. At the south end of the community is one of the largest parks in Vernon Hills, Century Park which includes two large lakes.
